A safari that took breath away!!

Kids from Mama Beth Children's Program had a two nights off to a Safari to Maasai Mara National park full of sweet experiences sponsored by Debbie Young.  All of these kids had never done this before and it was not at all like they would have thought. They were stunned. Speechless. They saw all animals such as lions, hippos, giraffes, hyenas, ostriches, zebras, and even unbelievable saw over 200 elephants!! It was a wonder. Again very beautiful.

They first saw some animals walking in a line on the horizon. Then after looking further and what they thought were trees, was over 50 elephants. Then continued down the road and there was about 60 more elephants, not even 50 feet away. Kept driving and there was more elephants. These kids could not put it in words. They remember just sitting down in the van amazed and thinking. It was really a breath taking experience.

The safari lounge was pretty incredible. Honestly, the feeling was different and nice sitting at a table eating a 5 star meal. Just a glance at these kids you could see how genuinely happy they were. The lounge was a nice place to relax and refresh, no matter the inner battles and the memories of poor lifestyles these kids lead.

The safari was all fun with a fantastic dinner, hanging out, laughing and telling stories and dancing infront of a born fire with the Maasai community dancers. We sincerely thank Debbie Young and her two daughters who made a life worth remembering experience to these kids in Mama Beth Children Program when visited. They all treasure her and wish she is back soon. Debbie Young is a dear sponsor of Mamabeth Children Program. We love You Debbie.
